The school has a policy plan for in-house emergency response (FAFS). The FAFS organization is a first-line emergency response organization that can act immediately in case of undesirable events, accidents and/or emergencies and acts as an outpost of external emergency services of the municipal or regional government in case of larger incidents. The distribution of tasks is detailed in an evacuation contingency plan. The evacuation plan is available for inspection at the administration office.

The school also employs a sufficient number of first aiders who undergo regular refresher training and who can provide the necessary first aid in case of accidents and alert emergency services if necessary.
