Yield-oriented work

Topics for this chapter

The LCL continuously strives to improve the quality of education. One of the instruments for achieving this goal is the cyclical method of yield-oriented work (OGW). With OGW, results achieved are structurally used as feedback on the educational process. Naturally, annual averages, SE and CE results form an important part of these results.

Each subject section analyzes its own yields annually and relates them to the various aspects of the educational process: subject content, didactics, testing, standardization and learning lines. As a result, each section draws up a section plan. This describes the approach to improve lessons and achieve optimal yields. The plan of approach is regularly discussed and adjusted during the next analysis.

OGW contributes to a constant awareness of educational quality and encourages relentless efforts to improve it.
