Former students of Lorentz Casimir Lyceum may request school documents using the form below. Diplomas and transcripts are issued once and will not be made again. You can request an official transcript of a diploma or marks list via mijnduo.nl. These are digital pdf extracts with a certificate (certified copy). This certificate proves that the document is genuine and has been issued by DUO. You can also request a translation of your diploma into English via mijnduo.nl. There are no costs involved. If you have lost a report and would like to receive a new one, we can recreate a report for you. The cost for making a report is €25.00 (payable in advance). We strive to process requests within two business days (excluding school vacations).
